TBX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, MS4A6E, and RXFP3. Each is linked with TBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX4-to-partner and partner-to-TBX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by TBX4-low versus TBX4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
