TBX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CATSPER3, RCC1, and OR2V2. Each is linked with TBX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX3-to-partner and partner-to-TBX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER3 grouped by TBX3-low versus TBX3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
