Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX22-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, GAPDH, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TBX22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX22-to-partner and partner-to-TBX22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by TBX22-low versus TBX22-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
