Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,998 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with TBX21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX21-to-partner and partner-to-TBX21 results are reported.
