Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,472 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPOR2, FOXP1, and CRY2. Each is linked with TBX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX2-to-partner and partner-to-TBX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX2 versus RIPOR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
