Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBX2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBX2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TBX2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBX2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where TBX2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
