TBX19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,454 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, TIPRL, and PARP1. Each is linked with TBX19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX19-to-partner and partner-to-TBX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX19 versus GATAD2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
