TBX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, MIRLET7A1, and MTRES1P1. Each is linked with TBX19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX19-to-partner and partner-to-TBX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by TBX19-low versus TBX19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
