TBX15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,685 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH13, FHL3, and CNN3. Each is linked with TBX15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX15-to-partner and partner-to-TBX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX15 versus CDH13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
