Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, CDC25B, and SEC23B. Each is linked with TBX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX15-to-partner and partner-to-TBX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX15 versus PIK3IP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
