TBX15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA5B, PLA2G2C, and PRR9. Each is linked with TBX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX15-to-partner and partner-to-TBX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA5B grouped by TBX15-low versus TBX15-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
