Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBRG4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBRG4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher TBRG4 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBRG4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LSCC show a favorable association.
GBM, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where TBRG4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
