TBRG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP2, C1orf189, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with TBRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBRG4-to-partner and partner-to-TBRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP2 grouped by TBRG4-low versus TBRG4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
