Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,164 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG1, KLHL12, and MED30. Each is linked with TBPL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-TBPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBPL1 versus BAG1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
