TBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF3, WRNIP1, and PPIL4. Each is linked with TBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBP-to-partner and partner-to-TBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBP versus PHF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
