Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP1, KIF14, and MTERF2. Each is linked with TBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBP-to-partner and partner-to-TBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBP versus TIMP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
