TBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,998 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNF1B, CSRNP3, and ITCH. Each is linked with TBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBP-to-partner and partner-to-TBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNF1B grouped by TBP-low versus TBP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
