Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL1XR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,080 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1XR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, PAK2, and PRKCI. Each is linked with TBL1XR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1XR1-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1XR1 results are reported.
