Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBL1XR1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBL1XR1 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TBL1XR1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBL1XR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where TBL1XR1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
