Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL1XR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1XR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAE, CYLC1, and NDUFS7. Each is linked with TBL1XR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1XR1-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1XR1 results are reported.
