TBL1X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL1X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1X-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, RFX7, and TOB2. Each is linked with TBL1X in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1X-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by TBL1X-low versus TBL1X-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL1X→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL1X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
