TBL1X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBL1X RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,767 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1X-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of heterochromatin organization, Negative regulation of heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with TBL1X in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1X-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of heterochromatin organization grouped by TBL1X-low versus TBL1X-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL1X→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL1X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
