TBCEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP12, RN7SL248P, and RNU6-839P. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP12 grouped by TBCEL-low versus TBCEL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
