Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,884 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX7A2L, FMO4, and SMARCB1. Each is linked with TBCE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCE-to-partner and partner-to-TBCE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCE versus COX7A2L in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
