TBCCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,070 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR627, TRAJ21, and ATXN3L. Each is linked with TBCCD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TBCCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR627 grouped by TBCCD1-low versus TBCCD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
