TBCCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, pDC, and Preadipocytes. Each is linked with TBCCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TBCCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by TBCCD1-low versus TBCCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
