Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,940 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of centrosome location, Maintenance of organelle location, and Cell cycle checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with TBCCD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TBCCD1 results are reported.
