TBCC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R5D, POLR1C, and TAF11. Each is linked with TBCC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCC-to-partner and partner-to-TBCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCC versus PPP2R5D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
