TBCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHAX, MSH3, and RRP1B_S513. Each is linked with TBCA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCA-to-partner and partner-to-TBCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCA versus PHAX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
