TBCA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,792 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, AP3B1, and MSH3. Each is linked with TBCA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCA-to-partner and partner-to-TBCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCA versus MRPS27 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
