In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D8B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and COAD are the cancer types where TBC1D8B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
