Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D8B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,613 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, RNF128, and LOX. Each is linked with TBC1D8B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D8B-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D8B versus KDELR3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
