Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,157 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Base-excision repair, AP site formation. Each is linked with TBC1D3L in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3L-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3L results are reported.
