Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D3I RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBC1D3I data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TBC1D3I RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D3I expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and SARC show a favorable association.

DLBC, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where TBC1D3I RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
