Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,837 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with TBC1D3E in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3E-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3E results are reported.
