The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TBC1D3E RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D3E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CHOL show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where TBC1D3E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
