The most reproducible TBC1D3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Regulation of cytochrome-c oxidase activity, and Positive regulation of translation in response to stress. Each is linked with TBC1D3C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3C-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3C results are reported.
