Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, SSX7, and OR9K2. Each is linked with TBC1D3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3 results are reported.
