The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TBC1D2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUSC, LGG, and SKCM are the cancer types where TBC1D2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
