The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TBC1D22B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D22B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.
