Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D22B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,928 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D22B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF20, EP300, and ADNP. Each is linked with TBC1D22B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D22B-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D22B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D22B versus TCF20 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D22B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D22B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
