Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D22A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,792 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D22A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYP2S1, OXA1L, and PLXNB2. Each is linked with TBC1D22A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D22A-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D22A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D22A versus CYP2S1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
