TBC1D19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,602 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAND1, HCFC2, and MMUT. Each is linked with TBC1D19 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D19-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D19 versus CAND1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
