Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,858 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, PPIF, and RPL4. Each is linked with TBC1D19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D19-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D19 versus CTBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
