Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,465 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJ, FAM200B, and SLC30A9. Each is linked with TBC1D19 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D19-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D19 versus RBPJ in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
