Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Macroautophagy, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with TBC1D19 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D19-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D19 results are reported.
