Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,667 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35E3, USP30, and DBP. Each is linked with TBC1D15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D15-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D15 versus SLC35E3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
