The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TBC1D13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and COAD are the cancer types where TBC1D13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
