The most reproducible TBC1D10C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with TBC1D10C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D10C-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D10C results are reported.
