Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D10C RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBC1D10C data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TBC1D10C RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D10C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and UVM are the cancer types where TBC1D10C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
